OK, OK, I admit it.  I first bought Butt Paste because of its funny name.  Butt Paste says it's all-natural but unfortunately, it's not organic and it is NOT for use with cloth diapers, as it is staining.   I bought the cream before our baby was born, and I didn't realize that diaper rash ointment and cloth diapers can sometimes be incompatible.

I actually find that the best remedy for diaper rash IS cloth diapering, but sometimes (i.e., if we're traveling) we use disposables, and sadly it's inevitable that our little Isaac will end up with a diaper when that happens, Buttpaste to the rescue!  It spreads easily, it doesn't have that strong smell like Desitin or even the Burt's Bees diaper rash cream.  It gets rid of the diaper rash quickly and effectively.

I'm a little torn on how many stars to give this for its overall rating.  For those of you who use disposable diapers, I think Butt Paste is a five star product, even in spite of not being certified organic.  For those of you who cloth diaper, don't use it, although we keep our tube around for any instances where we might need to use a disposable.
